The manner of post that I will share today will carry a tone I do not often carry; a manner of speaking that may be construed as many things, that can be many things but one that as I write in my heart I carry a conviction that is a manner which at times, even a lot more than I have I must speak if I am to be in any way a humble man, submitted to God.
Are you child of God in despair? Are the situations in your life mounting up against you in such a manner you do not know what is going to happen? Do you feel like the years in your life have been stolen by the state of the economy or of the government? Have you been robbed of a decent chance to earn an honest living by the continual fall of the nation? Or maybe you feel like the years of your life have been stolen by joblessness, that the income you were supposed to make, or that you could have been making and that the progress you could have made in your career has been robbed out of causes beyond your own? And now you are in a situation where you just do not know where your life shall head and for that reason the voice of fear wants to whisper in your head that you are a failure? That God may or may not do it for you and that you know not what you do? Or that it begins to fill your head with images of even more waste and basically zero achievement of your life’s goals and purposes? Well my friend, child of the Most High God, this is the Word of the Lord for you.
“I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten, the cankerworm, the caterpillar and the palmerworm. The fatness shall swallow up the lean and the lean shall you remember no more. Your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely. The LORD will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The Lord your God will bless you in the land he is giving you. And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil. And ye shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed. The zeal of the Lord God will perform this ”

The Lord shall restore, in quality, in quantity and such shall be His work in your life you will forget the pain of the lean years. It will require another post to delve deeper into the scripture, so for the moment I will conclude by saying May the Grace of the Lord keep you always and may the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be your rock even now as you walk through to walk out of this storm you are in.
