“Take my yoke upon you, for my yoke is easy and my burden is light”
“I have come that they might have life and have it more abundantly”
“Ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you will find, knock and the door shall be opened unto you”
Such are the words of Jesus Christ to us. My yoke is easy, the burden is light and He does assure us not only of rest but in addition, He promises to be with us always. And I propose this to you my friend, Christianity is simple and the conditions are not mysterious or hard to believe.
It is this only believe, Jesus only with no other options. Do we have burdens, then CAST THEM on Jesus. I emphasize the cast for it says cast and not give, do not leave any cares with the option of remaining in your mind but refuse to accommodate them. This is not a message just for you but for me as well, for I know I tend to be intense, to be overly contemplative and to carry the weight of the world on my shoulders but I am not meant to.
I am called to walk in simplicity, in trust like a child and I assure you it is simple and there is only one condition to see all the promises of God come alive is to only believe.
So my friend simplify your life, trust and believe and live that way and see all of God’s desires come alive in your life.
